When a customer places an order for a CD or LP format of a release that we also offer in digital MP3 format, that customer will have the option to download a free digital MP3 copy of the release when their order is complete. This allows customers to listen to the music they’ve purchased as soon as they place their order, while they wait for their physical copy of the release to arrive in the mail, complete with full packaging and artwork. It also save the customer the work of ripping a CD should they want to add it to their collection of MP3s.
